Stress is where the demands placed upon you exceed your capacity to cope. Stress generates the same automatic responses (fight/flight) that were once life-saving. This is known as acute stress, this is normal stress.
Chronic stress is not ok, it is unpleasant and can trigger a flow of stress hormones which with repeated activation, both short and long term can have adverse effects on psychological and physiological health.
There are many hypnotherapy approaches that will reduce stress related arousal and will help to recognise chronic stress. You will be given helpful tools to use in your everyday life.
